For Stoneridge, personalized customer service and accessibility are critical. “We ship a wide variety of goods to many different countries, the demands are very high compared to the average MyDello customer and so far, they have coped very well with our constant demands,” says Lembit Hallikas, supply chain planner at Stoneridge. “Every product is extremely important to us, and losing even a seemingly insignificant component can have a significant impact on the entire company.”

The search for a new logistics partner led them to MyDello. A few years ago, MyDello’s solution was still in its early stages and needed to be tailored to meet Stoneridge’s needs. Now, through close collaboration between the two companies, a customized solution has been developed. “Even though we didn’t have active cooperation from the beginning, we met regularly, and the MyDello team noted all our concerns and requirements. They genuinely cared about how we were doing and how they could help us in the best possible way,” Hallikas explains.

“Thanks to their personalized approach, we have now developed a dashboard that includes all the necessary features for us. Today, finding a better solution than MyDello is hard,” he adds. According to him, MyDello is the best choice for companies looking for personalization, a sense of security and no unnecessary bureaucracy. 

Stoneridge and MyDello teams regularly meet to discuss new ideas and create even better delivery solutions. “I’ve given them a lot of feedback, and now we sit down periodically to discuss future plans. We are always treated as if we are crucial, and our concerns are their concerns,” Hallikas says. 

 

Easy Footprint Tracking

According to Hallikas, they always receive notifications from MyDello about the location of their packages and any possible delays, but one of the most useful metrics is the carbon footprint shown for their shipments. “As a green automotive company, it is particularly important for us to monitor, reduce, and report emissions. Since reporting will become mandatory for many companies, we are already one step ahead,” Hallikas says.
